I had a great time having everyone over last night in what now is our apartment for the last week.
Last night, was the first ever PG event I hosted in the scene lol. The children had a great time. It was so nice to see Phil, skot r, carolynn, Thomas, nicole and annika, and many others. The food was very yummy (shrimp, potato salad, sushi, etc) and I loved the concept of the cookie exchange.
Jorge n I are going to be renting a Really really nice home in upper montgomery county on the border of Montgomery and Howard. I just happened to be driving by it, when I saw the 'for rent' sign. It is a little steep in price at $2250 but we are having sarah n Tommy move in the finished basement. The inside of the home has been Italian designed. The kitchen has marble granite counters and Italian tile flooring. The whole home has hardwood floors and 3 fireplaces with two full baths. My favorite feature is the imported Italian black metal spiral staircase leading to the basement. On the outside, we have a fenced backyard complete with rope swing and playground for our children. We have about an acre of land (their leaving us the riding mower) and a heated mechanical garage shop (which I will rent out). I'm planning on a garden and lots of entertaining (outdoor patio). |
